Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance
By registering for or using Book-Stellar, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Eligibility
You must provide accurate registration details, including a valid name, email, and phone number, to buy or sell on Book-Stellar. One account per person.
3. Seller obligations
Sellers must list only books they own and honestly declare the book's condition. Once a buyer unlocks your contact details and reaches out, you are expected to respond promptly and coordinate courier delivery in good faith. Repeated failure to respond or ship may result in account suspension.
4. Buyer obligations
Buyers must pay a 10% platform fee (of the book's asking price) to unlock a seller's contact details. After unlocking, you may contact the seller to arrange delivery and negotiate payment. Payments and shipments are outside Book-Stellar's control.
5. Platform fees
Sellers list for free. Buyers pay 10% of the asking price to unlock each seller's contact details. This fee is non-refundable once paid, except as described in our Refund Policy.
6. No escrow or dispute resolution
Book-Stellar does not hold money, handle shipments, or mediate disputes between buyers and sellers. All delivery and payment arrangements are the responsibility of the buyer and seller. Book-Stellar cannot refund fees or intervene in offline transactions.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Book-Stellar after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
